This patent describes a dual-screen display system that permits
adjustment of the angular orientation of each of the two screens.
In particular, the screens may be angled toward each other to a
desired degree.
Computer Display Screen System and Adjustable
Screen Mount, and Swinging Screens Therefor
(U.S. Patent No. 6,343,006)
This patent describes a modular display system that includes two
support arms for supporting multiple screens. One of the support
arms may be readily detached to enable the display system to be
modularly configured as either a two-screen or a three-screen display
system. More generally, the display system can be configured as
an N-screen display system, where N is greater than one. In addition,
the display system supports both landscape and portrait orientations
of the screens.
Universal Quick Connector Apparatus for an
LCD Monitor (U.S. Patent No. 6,702,604)
This patent describes a quick connector apparatus having two complimentary
components for use in multi-screen display systems. The rear of
each screen includes a first component that mates with a second
component on a support arm. By mating the first and second components,
the screen is both secured to the support arm and electrically connected
for power and data transmission. In addition, the quick connector
permits the screen to be easily disconnected from the support arm.
This feature not only allows the number of screens in the display
system to be changed, but also allows each screen to be removed
and transported to other sites for use with other computer display
systems.
